HEROES Kick-Off Wine Tasting Event

March is Red Cross Month, and the Tippecanoe County Chapter of the American Red Cross is preparing to launch its annual Heroes Campaign. To begin the campaign, the Red Cross is hosting a kickoff event at Adelino’s Old World Kitchen on Friday, February 25 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Event patrons may enjoy a variety of hors d’oeuvres specifically paired with three very special wines, found nowhere else in the area. A cash bar will be available with a portion of the proceeds going to the Red Cross. The event entry fee is $10.

A variety of difficult-to-find wines and other prizes will be available to bid on in a silent auction. Guests who stay to dine at Adelino’s after the event will make an additional contribution: Adelino’s will donate a portion of the bill to the Red Cross.

Patrons can pay in advance at the Red Cross or pay at the door. RVSPs are encouraged and can be made without payment. Please call the chapter for more information or email Liz Wallace.
