  • Textbook/pocket masks or skill cards from previous course
  • Competent First Aid/CPR/AED skills
  • Certification issued upon successful completion: varies depending on areas successfully passed
  • Current certification or expired less than 6 months ago

    • PLEASE NOTE: Price does not include manual, but may be purchased at the chapter for $12.99. You still need to provide your own pocket mask or purchase one before class begins for $13.50.
